Pre-Consultation
Send Pre-Consultation Packet

Send Pre-Consultation Video

Ensure the buyer consultation appointment is scheduled and confirmed.

Request the client’s pre-approval letter from their lender. Or share recommendations for lender partner, their personal bank, credit union, guidance to share what is needed to buy with cash, hard money, etc.
Set Up Home Search Tools
Share the apps you use to search properties with your clients. Set up the MLSs, i.e. FMLS or GaMLS search for homes matching the client’s criteria.
